My grandmother was a prize winning quilter - she left me a few unfinished quilts that I fully intended to finish. I am pushing 82 at this time and have had these quilts for over 30 years and accept the fact that I will never finish them. This one is a Dresden plate with hand appliqued squares， it was machine pieced and has been washed and pressed so it is fresh and looks new， as you can see from the photos the fabric was from the 30's and 40's. The photo does not show the borders- sorry - the border is 6" of white. I carefully ironed this quilt and found no flaws -no stains， etc. Hoping to find someone to finish it.
