【BOY LONDON】PUNKS NOT DEAD SHIRTS

サラッと着用できるゆったりとした身幅のオーバーサイズシャツです。重ね着をしてもごわつかない適度な厚さの綿素材を使用。フロントの左身頃は少し丈が長くなっており、シンプルなデザインながらもちょっとしたアクセントになっています。バックには「BOY LONDON PUNKS NOT DEAD」の文字をプリントしました。
《 BOY LONDON  : ボーイ ロンドン 》1977年にステファン・レイナー(Stephane Raynor)がスタートしたイギリス発祥のファッションブランド。パンクのパイオニアであり中心的な役割を果たしたショップ・ブランドの1つであり,シド・ヴィシャスなどが通っていたショップ「アクメアトラクションズ」のオーナー ジョン・クラヴィン(John Krevine)と、ロンドンのキングスロードにショップ「ボーイ ロンドン」をオープン。
80年代のアイコンとも言えるボーイ・ジョージなどに支持された。支持層はミュージシャンやセレブリティにも広がり、ボーイ・ジョージの他に、エルトン・ジョン、マドンナなどが着用した。
90年代半ば頃にブランド休止。ボーイ ロンドンは、活動休止後もコピー品が出回り、また、ヴィンテージマーケットで人気を集めるなど存在感を見せた。
2012年、ボーイ ロンドンとしての活動を再開。ロンドンアンダーグラウンドシーンから再び火が付き、リアーナ、ニッキー・ミナージュなど世界のファッションアイコンが着用し、世界中で話題沸騰。ストリートシーンで今尚注目を集めている。
