Vintage. The container is structurally sound & the lid fits well. The enamel is heavy with a bright color. There are many signs of its age & use history. There are scratches， scrapes & minor dings throughout with some early rust/oxidation spots inside & outside the lid. The lid & base have acquired an attractive， dark age-related smoky patina.
